The company has an improved corporate governance mechanism and establishes the system of board of directors and the board of supervisors according to Laws and Regulations for Foreign Investment as well as implements the president responsibility mechanism under the leadership of the board of directors and additionally sets a business decision-making committee to make decisions on projects and major issues of the company. The company has five departments, including business department, investment bank department, risk control & management department, funds & finance department and comprehensive management department.
