In order to implement the Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Promoting the Healthy Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry (Guo Ban Fa [2016] No. 11) and promote the sustained and healthy development of the pharmaceutical industry, with the consent of the State Council, the Industrial Coordination Department of the National Development and Reform Commission has issued the "Key Work Division Plan for Promoting the Healthy Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry".
The Plan proposes seven key tasks and six guarantee measures, mainly involving "accelerating the transformation and upgrading of medical devices".
The opinions related to financial leasing mentioned that it supports exploring cooperation between medical device production enterprises and financial leasing companies, providing installment payment services for purchasing large medical equipment for various types of ownership medical institutions.
