Sublease
Several finance lease businesses taking a same article as subject matter. In sublease, the lessee of last lease contract is also the leaser of next lease contract, that is, sublessor. The sublessor rents the articles leased by other leasers and then subleases the articles to a third person, with an aim to collect the rent gap.
