Leaseback
Refer to a form of lease that the lessee pays the rent for leaseback after selling the leased property to National prosperity Lease and get financing, for the purpose of financing.
Operating lease
Refer to the business activity in which tangible personal property or immovable property is transferred to others for use within agreed time, without change of the ownership of the leased property.
Entrusted lease
National prosperity Lease accepts client’s funds or leased property and handles finance lease procedures at the lessee designated by the client according to the client’s written letter of entrustment.
Percentage lease
